About this Legal Assistance Service (LAS):
Aligned with the National Family Violence Prevention Program, Queensland Indigenous Family Violence Legal Service (QIFVLS) is committed to assisting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples who are victims of family violence and/or sexual assault.
QIFVLS provides legal advise in relation to:

QIFVLS supports clients well beyond their legal needs through its counselling services for

QIFVLS operates out of three offices: Cairns, Townsville, Mt Isa and Rockhampton. From these locations QIFVLS teams provide a regular outreach service to their designated communities.
